Retention of your data

Your data will be retained for no longer than is necessary and in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. If you’re successful in your application, the data is then held as part of your employment record with us. If you’re unsuccessful in your application, we retain all data and information for no more than 6 months after the closing date of the application process. The names of those who applied for the position may be retained permanently.

Media Databases

As a Public Relations company, we have access to various Media databases, as communications are an essential part of our work.

We ensure our Media databases are compliant with up-to-date GDPR guidelines and treat the information sourced from these databases as confidential.

You can opt-out from any Media database you are subscribed to at any time; this is best investigated with the individual company.

Client Data

Any sensitive data relating to our clients and contacts is private and confidential and only used on a need-to-know basis. You can enquire what information we may hold about you at any time, and request this to be deleted if you wish.

Privacy of data is important to us, so we will not sell your data to any third party, and usage of any data is for business purposes only.
