We’re looking for a talented Graduate Account Executive/ Account Executive and a tenacious Senior Account Executive to join the team.

Graduate Account Executive/ Account Executive

The role will involve meaty, issues-based campaigns – from social care funding to parents supporting young people online in a new digital age. It is best suited to someone relatively at the beginning of their career in PR , but ideally with some experience in PR.

The role involves supporting the team in all aspects of client delivery; monitoring media and social media to track relevant client issues, markets, individuals and competitors; writing a range of copy, including tailored social media content, case studies, press releases, features, tactical proposals, digital content calendars, client reports and emails; building and maintaining brilliant media contact lists; securing media coverage; generating engagement on social media; scheduling content and attending client meetings.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and good writer who always pays attention to detail. Adept at grasping concepts quickly, they are able to juggle tasks efficiently and prioritise workloads and deadlines. They are bright, interested in current affairs and campaigns, and hungry to produce amazing coverage and digital content.

Senior Account Executive

This role will require at least two years of relevant work experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our next hire will be a confident communicator and excellent writer with the ability to coach more junior members of the agency. A well-rounded team player, they will take every opportunity to deliver amazing results and perform to the highest level.  They will have an in-depth understanding of all types of traditional and social media and the sectors their clients work in. They will have the skills to be the community manager for their clients’ social channels and become news hounds who are constantly on-top of the media agenda.

The job will involve managing client projects and supporting other team members, generating excellent media coverage and digital content, writing a range of copy every day, attending client meetings, developing creative ideas, writing content briefs and offering guidance on audio-visual content, getting involved in pitches, proposals and new business documents, tracking budgets, providing insights and analytics to clients on their social channels and helping to build Stand’s profile via the trade press, social media and events.
