Stand Agency is looking for an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be someone with PR experience who is creative, driven, and has the temperament to lead and inspire a team.
You will work on a mix of commercial, behaviour change, and not-for-profit clients – all that are tied by the purpose of ‘believing in better’. One day you could be reacting to global economic shifts in the world of foreign exchange, the next empowering young people to use and embrace the internet safely.
You must be an outstanding communicator with the ability to deliver impactful PR and social media campaigns. With a good head for business, you will work with senior colleagues to grow business organically and win pitches. As an adept manager, you will get the best out of your teams and work collaboratively to contribute to a brilliant workplace.
The job will involve:
- developing creative ideas for PR and social media campaigns
- running client accounts and managing client relationships
- offering tactical consultancy to clients
- leading internal client teams and bringing out the best in them
- line managing team members and nurturing their career development
- managing resourcing within your teams
- managing campaign budgets
- taking an active role in new business acquisition
