We helped a specialist mortgage lender convince Brits the Mediterranean property dream is still alive

The challenge

To help one of Europe’s leading specialist mortgage lenders inspire confidence in Brits uncertain about buying property in Europe following the Brexit vote.

Our approach

We worked with BNP Paribas to launch their annual Observatoire report, which found UK buyers were still keen to pursue property in France, despite the uncertainty surrounding Brexit. We worked hard to get the property pages excited about a topic that had dropped off journalists’ radar since Brexit. Our strong media package included a punchy press release, photography of properties currently on the market and, crucially, several case studies of UK buyers. We gave national and trade media everything they needed to build an aspirational feature story.

The results
We achieved front-page coverage in The Times, with a double-page spread in the Bricks and Mortar, as well as widespread pickup across property titles, including A Place in The Sun, Property Reporter and French Property.
