Account Executives x 2
We are looking for two Account Executives – one to work across some of our financial and professional services clients and another to work on some of our consumer clients. Both roles will involve meaty, issues-based client campaigns – from what the food industry needs to do about the global obesity crisis (Oliver Wyman) to getting more people to push themselves and take on a challenge they never thought possible (Duke of Edinburgh’s Award).

As a small agency, every member of our team is highly valued and we give our Account Executives lots of opportunities to learn and develop – whether that’s getting stuck into a national media sell in or working with the senior team on new business.

Account Director: financial and professional services
We’re on the hunt for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Director who would relish the opportunity to help Stand Agency to grow its financial and professional services arm. Our niche is brands who are challengers in some way – for example, challenging the big incumbents in an established market with a new approach to service – and we’re looking to grow this client base more.
This role would be perfectly suited to a candidate from a ‘big agency’ background who is keen to make more of a mark on a young, fast-growing and ambitious agency. The role will involve ensuring outstanding delivery with existing clients, as well as helping to grow the business both organically and through new business. The Account Director will also play a major role in the development of Stand Agency staff, and help shape agency culture and processes as it continues on its exciting growth trajectory.
