We helped a commercial mortgage broker stand out in a crowded market

Vantage Finance: In an industry as competitive as mortgage broking it can be difficult to stand out from the crowd. To get cut through for Vantage Finance, we decided to take the media conversation beyond products and numbers and emphasise the personality of the company and its human approach to business.

Understanding the issues the financial services industry is facing – including changing rules on regulation – and finding an interesting way to talk about them to the media has been instrumental to our strategy. We devised a PR programme that focused on highlighting the benefits of using a commercial mortgage packager and positioning Vantage as an industry expert.

We wrote and placed informative pieces explaining why using a packager is good for business. Through securing regular profile pieces for its MD, we have demonstrated what makes Vantage the best option in the industry. We have achieved regular visibility for Vantage in broker trade press, and journalists are now turning to its MD as a leading industry voice.

For the company’s 10th anniversary we also delivered a successful, dedicated PR campaign, which secured 24 pieces of coverage (including a feature cover) and allowed Vantage’s name to reach an audience of over half-a-million people in a two-month period.
