We re-launched a financial broker and amplified their voice in the property finance industry
CPC Finance: Building on CPC Finance’s strong industry reputation, we introduced an integrated communications approach that encompassed traditional media relations activity, social media, marketing activity and working with Jory&Co, a relaunch of the brand and website. Our aim was to amplify CPC Finance’s voice in the property finance industry through targeted thought leadership, from a blank sheet of paper.
Alongside the website and brand redesign, we began sculpting a voice for CPC Finance in the trade press and on social media. In an industry that has undergone major changes over recent years, including tax changes and issues surrounding the future of buy-to-let, we’ve worked with CPC Finance to create a unique voice for property finance in the media.
We launched a new website and ran a week-long social media competition to promote it. We achieved 89 new followers, close to 50 entries, and approximately 500 site visits. In the traditional media, we have secured regular coverage in the property trade press, including an impressive interview of Director Karl Griggs published on What House?, a consumer website with around 420,000 unique monthly browsers.
